Our Services

We often make our stamps to order, but nevertheless usually despatch within 48 hours of payment being received and cleared, by 1st Class Mail (UK Mainland) or Airmail Small Packet Rate (Overseas). Insurance is available at additional cost to the buyer. Pro-rata reduced postage rates are, of course, provided in respect of combined multiple purchase (and are indicated on the shopping basket!)

Whilst it is difficult to imagine how anyone can be caused loss or injury by using a KayCee Craft Unmounted Clear Polymer Craft Stamp (!) we cannot accept any responsibility for any such loss or damage when used in ways other than those recommended in the instruction leaflet which accompanies each stamp. Nor can we we be responsible for any loss or damage to purchases caused by the Postal Services. These disclaimers do not, of course, affect your statuatory rights. In the rare event of complaint please contact us as it is our aim to quarantee 100% satisfaction.
